Resort Manager

We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As Resort Manager, you will oversee all aspects of resort operations, lead and motivate a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

- Manage recruitment, training, and development

- Foster a positive work environment

- Handle employee relations and performance management

- Oversee daily resort operations

- Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness

- Manage budgets and financial performance

- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates

- Drive revenue growth through effective marketing and sales

- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction

- Respond to guest feedback and concerns

- Maintain accurate records and reports

- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

* Must Speak English & Malayalam.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Operating Resort/Hotel: 3 years (Required)
