About the Role:

Resort Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Supervise and coordinate
Front Office
,
Food & Beverage
, and other service departments including production.
Implement and maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality.
Develop and execute operational strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 10 years of experience
in hospitality, with strong exposure to
Front Office
and
Food & Beverage
operations.
Prior experience managing or working in resorts located in
hill stations
is mandatory.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
