Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with skills in reservations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate reservations efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Maintain accurate records and reports of reservations and customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer experiences through timely and professional communication.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Reservations Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using reservation systems and software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
