Echor Hotels & Resorts is expanding its team and looking for a Reservation Executive to join our growing hospitality network.

If you have a passion for guest experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage reservation operations seamlessly we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservation processes to ensure an efficient and smooth guest booking experience.
• Maintain accuracy across OTA, B2B, and direct booking platforms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to optimize occupancy.
• Handle guest queries, amendments, and cancellations with professionalism.
• Support continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
Location: Zirakpur
Interview Process: 3 rounds
