Reservations Manager

You are invited to join our team at Echor Hotels & Resorts as a Reservation Manager. If you possess a strong passion for guest service, exceptional leadership abilities, and have prior experience in hotel reservations, this exciting opportunity is tailored for you! Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing reservation operations to ensure a seamless guest booking process. You will be tasked with responding to guest feedback promptly to enhance their overall experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory updates across various online travel agencies (OTAs), direct websites, and B2B channels. Collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and front office teams will be crucial to optimize booking operations. Furthermore, your problem-solving skills will be essential in addressing and resolving guest concerns, booking changes, cancellations, or complaints in a timely and professional manner. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Diploma or Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, along with a genuine passion for elevating the guest experience. As a team player, you should also be open to relocating as per the company's requirements. The offered salary for this position ranges from 18,000 to 30,000 per month, and the location of the role is Zirakpur. The interview process consists of 2 rounds.
