Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Manager located in Bikaner. The Reservations Manager will oversee the reservations process, ensure high-quality customer service, and optimize bookings to maximize occupancy and revenue. Responsibilities also include managing a team, driving sales efforts, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experiences. The candidate will monitor room availability, maintain accurate records, and assist in creating efficient booking workflows.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Reservations and Sales to effectively manage room bookings and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address guests' queries and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Experience in Training team members to support professional development and improve service standards.
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and familiarity with hotel operations is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field are preferred.
