Job Description

  • ** Booking Management:** Accept, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations through various channels (phone, web, email).
  • ** Guest Services:** Respond to inquiries, provide info on hotel amenities, services, rates, and resolve issues professionally.
  • ** System & Data Accuracy:** Input booking details accurately, maintain updated room availability, and manage guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • ** Coordination:** Liaise with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
  • ** Revenue & Sales:** Upsell packages/services, monitor booking pace, and contribute to revenue targets.
  • ** Reporting:** Prepare daily arrival lists, reservation reports, and handle advance deposits/payments.
  • ** Policy Adherence:** Understand and apply hotel policies on cancellations, no-shows, and guaranteed reservations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
