Reservations Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Act as the main contact for booking flights, hotels, tours, etc., via phone, email, chat.
• Sales & Conversion: Persuade customers to book, upselling services, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Information Provider: Offer detailed info on packages, policies, and pricing.
• System Usage: Proficiently use reservation software (PMS, CRM) and booking platforms.
• Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to fill gaps, manage promotions, and drive direct bookings.
