• Experience in housekeeping operations and staff training
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency in creating and delivering training programs
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of sustainable practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
