Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Executive to join our team at Taj Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage reservations and ensure seamless customer service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
Proven experience in reservations or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in using computer software and technology.
