Job Summary:The Relationship Manager at Credit Infinity will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients (individuals, SMEs, or corporates) to drive credit product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize portfolio growth. This role combines financial acumen with sales expertise to deliver tailored credit solutions while managing risk. Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their financial needs and credit goals. Proactively engage clients through meetings, calls, and emails to foster trust and loyalty. Resolve client complaints or issues related to credit approvals, disbursements, or repayments. Business Development & Sales: Identify and onboard new clients for Credit Infinity’s loan/credit products (e.g., personal loans, business credit lines). Cross-sell or upsell credit products based on client profiles (e.g., debt consolidation, working capital loans). Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for loan book growth and revenue generation. Credit Risk Collaboration: Work closely with credit analysts/underwriters to ensure smooth processing of client applications. Provide insights on client financial behavior to mitigate risks (e.g., early warning signs of default). Portfolio Monitoring: Track repayment performance of assigned clients and take proactive measures to reduce delinquencies. Recommend credit limit enhancements or restructuring based on client credibility. Market Intelligence & Compliance: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting credit offerings. Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and lending compliance guidelines. Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Experience: 3+ years in relationship management, sales, or business development within banking, NBFCs, fintech, or credit services. Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Knowledge of credit products, lending processes, and risk assessment. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office. Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills. Preferred Attributes:Existing network of potential clients (e.g., SMEs, HNI individuals). Understanding of credit scoring models and fintech platforms.
