Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Head in screening initial proposals, preparing case summaries, and managing operations for the existing Mid Corporate portfolio.
• Prepare detailed credit notes and present proposals for sanctioning to the risk committee.
• Oversee the disbursement process, including legal documentation, valuation, execution, and escrow account setup.
• Deepen wallet share of existing clients by identifying cross-sell opportunities and enhancing client engagement.
• Acquire new clients in the Mid Corporate segment, focusing on businesses with toplines ranging from ₹100 to ₹750 crore.
• Structure financial solutions tailored to client needs while aligning with bank policies and risk appetite.
• Present cases confidently to internal sanction committees, ensuring clarity and completeness of documentation.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the local market and build relationships with key Mid Corporate clients.
• Demonstrate a balanced approach to sales and credit, ensuring customer satisfaction and portfolio quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address operational or credit-related issues.
