Mentor juniors in the team What you will bring Bachelor's / Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Around 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI, with a strong focus on LLMs and Generative AI. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers. Experience with fine-tuning and deploying transformer-based models such as GPT, BERT, LLaMA, or similar. Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and optimization techniques. Solid understanding of NLP techniques, embeddings, and prompt engineering. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment. Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments.
