AI Engineer

The purpose of this role is to champion AI-driven innovation, build efficient AI models, and contribute to establishing a strong foundation for cutting-edge AI capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
• Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and structure data for model training and optimization.
• Optimize LLMs for efficiency, performance, and scalability in real-world applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven applications into production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP, and GenAI technologies.
• Implement best practices for AI model lifecycle management, including monitoring, retraining, and deployment automation.
• Develop and maintain APIs and services for seamless integration of AI capabilities.
• Mentor juniors in the team

What you will bring

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Around 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI, with a strong focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with fine-tuning and deploying transformer-based models such as GPT, BERT, LLaMA, or similar.
• Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.
• Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments.
• Experience in financial services industry (Preferred)
