Regional Account Manager (Sales Manager)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales for luxury senior living residences in our Gurgaon community.
• Develop and manage relationships with

  HNIs, NRIs, and VIP clientele

  , positioning Antara as the preferred luxury senior living choice.
• Lead and nurture a

  strong network of premium real estate brokers in Gurgaon

  ; continuously engage them to generate high-quality leads.
• Handle direct walk-ins, referrals, and channel partner leads to ensure high conversion rates.
• Understand and articulate the unique value proposition of Antaras luxury senior living – blending hospitality with healthcare.
• Create and execute targeted sales strategies and outreach programs for various customer segments.
• Organize site visits and experience sessions, providing potential buyers a glimpse into the Antara lifestyle.
• Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless customer journey from inquiry to closing.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of competitive landscape and luxury real estate market dynamics in Gurgaon.
• Ensure all sales documentation, compliance, and reporting are conducted as per company standards.

Desired Profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience in

  luxury real estate sales

  , preferably with top-tier real estate developers.
• Strong existing network of

  Gurgaon-based premium real estate brokers/channel partners

  .
• Proven track record in selling

  high-ticket real estate to HNIs, NRIs, or senior decision-makers

  .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-centric, with the ability to understand and relate to senior buyers and their families.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and ability to work independently in a high-performance sales environment.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related field.
