The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an in-depth understanding of financial products, and the ability to foster long-term relationships to drive business growth. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and investors. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their financial needs are met and addressing any issues promptly. Understand clients financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to provide personalized services and solutions. Advise clients on investment opportunities, financial products, and services tailored to their unique needs, including loans, investments, and wealth management Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services that align with clients' financial objectives. Collaborate with internal teams such as investment analysts, portfolio managers, and wealth managers to create customized financial strategies. Actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold-calling. Identify potential venture capital, private equity, and investment opportunities for clients and the firm. Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to build a strong network of business contacts and partners. Monitor and track clients financial portfolios and recommend adjustments as needed to optimize returns and mitigate risks. Regularly review clients' financial status and provide insights on market trends, investment performance, and new financial products. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in the management of client relationships and financial services. Assess clients risk profiles and ensure that investment products and strategies are suitable for their financial objectives and risk tolerance. Adhere to the firms internal policies, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolios, including performance analysis and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial transactions, and correspondence using CRM tools. Work closely with the sales, operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of services. Support senior management in strategic decision-making and business development efforts. Train and mentor junior relationship managers or analysts on client service best practices.
