The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with new and existing clients, and representing the company in the field. As a Field Sales Executive, you will work directly with customers, present products and services, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet both individual and team sales targets. Identify and target new business opportunities within a defined geographic area or industry. Prospect, qualify, and develop leads through various channels such as cold calls, networking, and referrals. Present, promote, and sell company products or services to prospective customers. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support. Understand customer needs and tailor product solutions to meet their requirements. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on products or services. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and communicate their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers. Provide demonstrations, presentations, and detailed explanations of product offerings to potential clients. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts for customers. Close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and securing long-term relationships. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities. Report regularly on sales progress, including key performance metrics such as sales volume, customer acquisition, and conversion rates. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide excellent post-sales support to customers, ensuring that all concerns or issues are addressed promptly. Collaborate with the internal support team to resolve customer queries, product issues, or complaints. Assist with order fulfillment and delivery coordination. Work closely with the internal sales team and other departments to align sales strategies and achieve company objectives. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and sales conferences to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. Travel frequently within the designated territory to meet potential and existing customers in person. Attend trade shows, industry events, or networking opportunities to expand the companys visibility and reach.
