Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and customer outreach. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers (builders, contractors, retailers, direct consumers) to secure repeat business. Present and demonstrate product features, and provide technical/product‑wise guidance as needed (e.g. types of screens, suitability for windows/doors, mesh vs pleated, etc.). Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices and terms to close sales. Follow up on leads, ensure timely service delivery, and coordinate with operations/production teams to meet customer requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform product improvements or sales strategies. Achieve or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer contacts, inventory status, and forecasts. Report regularly to management on sales performance, pipeline, issues & opportunities.
