Job Description

The Relationship Manager works with bank branches to sell insurance products by building relationships with staff, providing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sell insurance products through the bank's network and achieve sales targets.
Identify potential customers using the bank's database.
Build strong relationships with bank staff and management.
Train, motivate, and support bank employees to generate leads and close sales.
Recommend suitable insurance products and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.

Qualification & Experience:

A graduate degree is required.
At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
3+ Year residential or Native.
Basic understanding of insurance and banking operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
