Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achievecompany goals within the assigned territory, with a focus on Delhi andsurrounding regions.2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providingguidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets andobjectives.3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growthopportunities, market trends, and competitor activities. Utilize Jindings todevelop sales strategies and tactics.4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, distributors,and government authorities in the Delhi region.5. Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales volumes, revenue targets, and expensesaccurately for the assigned territory. Monitor performance against targets andtake proactive measures to address deviations.6. Product Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities, events, andcampaigns to increase product awareness and drive sales in the Delhi market.7. Customer Support: Ensure excellent customer service and support to existingand potential clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs promptly andeffectively.8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, companypolicies, and ethical standards in all sales activities within the Delhi territory.9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends,competitor activities, and other relevant metrics for management review
