Regional Sales Manager - South

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in the TMT Bar sector, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth within your assigned region by developing and implementing strategic sales plans. You will also manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring their productivity and effectiveness. Your role will involve developing sales strategies aligned with company objectives, maintaining relationships with key accounts, analyzing market trends, and recommending improvements to sales strategies. Success in this role will require strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive sales growth - Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring their productivity and effectiveness - Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives - Set sales targets, forecast sales volumes, and evaluate performance - Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, negotiate deals, and resolve customer concerns - Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and recommend improvements to sales strategies Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the TMT Bar sector - Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a sales team - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Understanding of market trends and competitor activity - Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives Please note that this job is full-time and comes with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
