Key Responsibilities: Beverage Preparation: Making and serving tea, coffee, and other drinks as requested by staff and visitors. Snack Preparation: Preparing and serving snacks, sometimes including simple starters or desserts. Pantry Management: Ensuring the pantry is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Visitor Assistance: Welcoming and assisting visitors, potentially offering refreshments. Meeting Room Setup: Helping to set up and tidy meeting rooms before and after meetings. Inventory Management: Monitoring and restocking office supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, and snacks. Basic Maintenance: May be involved in minor office maintenance and upkeep. Maintaining cleanliness: Ensuring the pantry and other office areas, like workstations and common spaces, are clean.
