Job Responsibility
We are looking to hire an experienced and driven Regional Manager South, based in Hyderabad, to lead sales and business growth across South India. The role focuses on expanding our AV Dealer/Cinema network, achieving sales targets, and strengthening our market presence. Key responsibilities include conducting regular market visits, building strong relationships with partners, and collecting market intelligence. The Regional Manager will analyze regional trends and competitor activities to refine and execute effective sales strategies. The role also involves preparing detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to support datadriven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth regional market knowledge, and a proven track record in sales and dealer network management.

Drive business development and achieve sales targets across Southern region:
Take full ownership of sales growth and regional business expansion by identifying new market opportunities, acquiring new clients or partners, and consistently meeting or surpassing monthly and annual sales goals.

Develop, manage, and expand the AV Dealer/Cinema network in South:
Build and strengthen a robust network of authorized dealers and cinema partners across Southern states to enhance market penetration. Ensure continuous engagement, training, and performance support to improve dealer efficiency and uphold brand standards.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor activities, build relationships, and gather regional insights:
Visit key markets frequently to evaluate sales performance, nurture partner relationships, and address on-ground challenges. Capture valuable insights on customer preferences, dealer feedback, and emerging trends specific to the Southern region.

Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies:
Stay updated on market shifts and competitor initiatives in the South. Use these insights to fine-tune sales strategies, reposition products where necessary, and maintain a competitive edge in the region.

Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management:
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of regional sales metrics, forecasts, and significant market developments. Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
Qualification & Skills Required

Education:
MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. Candidates with strong field experience in relevant industries may also be considered.

Experience:
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the furniture, consumer durables, or related industry.

Leadership:
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance, motivate teams, and manage channel partners effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams, dealers, and stakeholders across regions.

Willingness to travel extensively across South India for market visits, partner management, and business growth.
