Project and Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects across departments, managing resources and budgets, and acting as the key point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven expertise in driving projects successfully from initiation to completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects efficiently while managing clients, teams, budgets, and timelines.

• Manage end-to-end execution of cinema projects (multiplexes & private theatres).
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines from order finalization to installation & handover.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct site visits to oversee measurements, delivery, and installation progress.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and cost controls.
• Resolve on-ground issues quickly and effectively to avoid project delays.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and client updates.
• Lead the project team (supervisors, technicians, vendors) for smooth operations.
• Ensure post-installation checks, snag clearance, and final project closure.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of furniture/interior industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or related field.
• Min 4 - 5 years of experience in project management (preferably in furniture/interior industry).
