Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    to achieve project-based revenue targets in assigned regions.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire

    new clients, contractors, architects, consultants, and government bodies

    for LED lighting projects.
  • Manage the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong

    relationships with key decision-makers

    in construction, electrical contracting, and real estate sectors.
  • Coordinate with the

    design & technical team

    to provide customized lighting solutions as per project requirements.
  • Ensure timely

    collection of payments

    and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Monitor

    market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects

    to stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare

    sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

    for management review.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and ethical sales practices.
