Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in LED lighting product sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business, and managing customer relationships to drive sales growth. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets in the LED lighting sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential segments. Develop and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, architects, builders, facility managers, and lighting consultants. Present and promote LED lighting solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating product benefits and ROI. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends. Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in LED lighting sales or a related electrical product segment. Strong knowledge of LED lighting products, technology, and industry standards. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Existing client base in the lighting or construction industry. Familiarity with lighting design tools and energy-saving calculations. Experience working with government or large corporate tenders (optional but advantageous). Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
