As the exclusive business partner of La-Z-Boy (Asia) for India, we take pride in our partnership and commitment to delivering top-quality products. With a workforce of over 500+ employees, we operate three manufacturing facilities, two located in IMT Manesar, Haryana, and the third at Dewas near Indore in Madhya Pradesh state, covering a total production area of 125,000 square feet. Our network includes 15 exclusive showrooms strategically located across India, showcasing our diverse range of products. Weve successfully installed over 720 cinema screens and manufactured over 70,000 recliners. Our unique selling proposition lies in our ability to customize products, setting us apart in the market. Job Responsibility The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers and Dealers Meet and exceed sales targets Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers. Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals. Setting and meeting sales revenue targets. Maintaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshop Skills Required 2 -3 years of experience in Field sales or Showroom sales Must have knowledge of how to deal with dealers, align meeting with them. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota Strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualification Bachelor s degree in Business and Marketing or a related field Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Sales Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
