Job Description

ELOIT Innovations is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Regional Manager - Sales to drive the adoption of Edisapp, our cutting-edge AI-powered School Management System, across designated regions in India.


Work Location:

  • Ernakulam, Kerala. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively to meet clients.


This role will focus on key states:

  1. North India – HQ: Delhi / NCR

  2. East India – HQ: Kolkata

  3. West India – HQ: Mumbai / Pune


The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, ensuring revenue growth, and representing ELOIT's innovative solutions in the education sector.


Role Overview

Regional Sales Manager (RSM)


Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the assigned region, focusing on higher education institutions and other relevant verticals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client institutions.
  • Understand client needs and propose solutions tailored to their requirements.


Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Analyse regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective campaigns and demos.


Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives within the region, if applicable.


Reporting & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports in CRM systems.
  • Ensure all sales processes adhere to company policies and industry regulations.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years

    of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP, SaaS, EdTech, or IT solutions.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong regional network and understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
