It has recognized R&D facilities and state-of-the-art seed processing, conditioning, and storage units. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer located in Khinvsar. The Field Officer will be responsible for conducting field visits to monitor crops, providing guidance to farmers on best practices, collecting and analyzing crop data, and facilitating communication between the farmers and the company. The role also includes coordinating with the R&D team to implement new farming techniques and ensuring farmers adhere to eco-care standards. Qualifications Knowledge of crop monitoring, data collection, and analysis Ability to provide agricultural guidance and implement best practices Strong communication skills for liaising between farmers and the company Experience 1-2 years in field visits and on-site evaluations Ability to work independently and adapt to on-site challenges Understanding of eco-care standards and sustainability practices Relevant qualifications in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related fields Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus
