Position : Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for assigned territory through effective dealer & distributor management.
• Plan and execute market development activities, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, farmers, and key influencers in the region.
• Ensure timely collections, order booking, and secondary sales tracking.
• Monitor competitor activities and share regular market intelligence reports.
• Coordinate with the regional manager and marketing team for brand-building activities.
• Support in new product launches and ensure effective positioning in the territory.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Sc. (Agriculture) / M.Sc. (Agriculture) preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in the seed industry (field crops).
• Strong knowledge of local market dynamics in Beed & surrounding districts.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
