Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales team across Rajasthan, ensuring achievement of volume & revenue targets.
Develop territory sales strategies, assign targets, and monitor performance of sales executives.
Build and expand distributor/dealer network for Venol lubricants across the state.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and local marketing activities.
Ensure proper stock availability, secondary sales tracking, and timely order fulfillment.
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for sales team.
Provide competitor analysis, market intelligence, and periodic MIS reports to management.
Maintain close coordination with logistics, accounts, and marketing teams.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA in Marketing or related field.
6–10 years of proven sales leadership experience (preferably in lubricants, automotive consumables, FMCG).
Experience in handling a large sales force across multiple locations.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Strong distributor relationship management and negotiation ability.
Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
