Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in North, South, East and West region zones at Candid Optronix Pvt Ltd. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. This role involves regular travel within the region.

Qualifications

Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Relationship Building skills
Experience in the CATV/MATV industry or related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
knowledge of GPON, Fiber and ODTR is plus
