Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad. In this capacity, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also lead sales teams, manage key accounts, monitor market trends, and provide input for product development to address customer needs effectively. While office presence in Hyderabad is required, some tasks can be performed remotely, offering flexibility in the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including market analysis, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
  • Account management and relationship-building experience, with proven ability to manage key accounts and foster customer loyalty.
  • Leadership and team management abilities to guide sales teams and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Understanding of industrial sectors such as valves, pumps, mining, or automobiles is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client and market engagements.
