Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Delhi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the production and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and business development
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in CATV/MATV, PON products, or networking solutions is a plus
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
