Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Marketing Manager located in Delhi, India. The National Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing market research, identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales team, conducting sales presentations, and developing marketing campaigns. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management and Marketing Strategy development
Strong knowledge of CATV/MATV, PON Products, and Testing Instruments
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Ability to conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and manage a sales team
Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Willingness to travel as needed
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
