What You’ll Own

• Build, lead, and scale a 

  secondary sales team

   of 10–15 people across multiple territories.
• Architect and execute sales + marketing strategies for consumer durables & large appliances.
• Cultivate strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers — especially in general trade.
• Shape brand positioning through campaigns, events, and trade activations.
• Identify market gaps and new growth zones; create and implement tactical plans.
• Monitor sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics; report to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years proven experience in 

  Consumer Durables / Small Appliances

   domain.
• MBA from a reputed institute, with specialization in Marketing / Strategy / Sales.
• Demonstrated success in leading a secondary sales team (10–15 members minimum).
• Deep understanding of general trade, distribution networks, and modern trade.
• Strategic mindset + hands-on execution ability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
