As the National Sales Marketing Manager based in Delhi, India, your primary role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing sales and marketing strategies to drive market growth and meet sales objectives. Your responsibilities will include market research, identifying new business prospects, managing a sales team, delivering sales presentations, and creating marketing initiatives. Building and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders is also a crucial aspect of this role. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in Sales Management and Marketing Strategy development, with a deep understanding of CATV/MATV, PON Products, and Testing Instruments. Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct market research, lead a sales team, and execute marketing campaigns effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications is required. The role demands independent work ethic, target-oriented approach, and willingness to travel as needed.
