Job Title: South India Sales Head – B2B Steel Industry (Multi-State Leadership Role) Company: Steeloncall Services India (Pvt.) Ltd. As we expand our offline and B2B operations across South India, we are looking to harness data as a competitive advantage in driving sales performance and strategic decision-making. Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and dynamic South India Sales Head to lead multi-state B2B operations. This leadership role requires someone with a strong command over regional markets and a passion for driving performance across large, diverse teams. Key Responsibilities ● Own complete sales, revenue, and P&L responsibility across South Indian states: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. ● Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 60+ professionals including state heads, regional managers, and field sales executives. ● Design and implement high-impact sales strategies focused on market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. ● Build strategic relationships with top infrastructure firms, builders, contractors, and channel partners. ● Analyze regional KPIs, generate performance insights, and drive continuous improvements. ● Work in close coordination with supply chain, pricing, customer experience, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution. ● Represent Steeloncall at high-level industry forums, government engagements, and business summits. ● Create a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture across regional teams. Required Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). ● 12+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-state leadership position. ● Background in steel, construction materials, infrastructure, or related heavy industry sectors is essential. ● Proven ability to scale business operations and build high-performing sales organizations. ● Strong stakeholder management, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.Fluent in English; native fluency in at least one South Indian language (Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil) is preferred. ● Proficiency with CRMs, sales analytics tools, dashboards, and forecasting systems. Preferred Qualities ● Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage organizations or digital commerce platforms. ● Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, cross-functional environment. ● A visionary mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.
