Regional Sales Head

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager at Omnex, you will be responsible for leading the sales function in the North Region by developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Your role will involve client relationship management, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of client projects and overall regional performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the regional sales function to meet and exceed revenue targets, drive customer acquisition and retention, and expand market share across the North Region. - Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, pursue new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals, deploy consultants based on project requirements, and ensure timely execution of client projects. - Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, revenue forecasts, and collections. Provide regular updates to leadership on regional performance and opportunities. - Coordinate logistics for client engagements, including setting appointments, planning presentations, aligning consultant schedules, and tracking project progress. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in consulting, training, or enterprise services. - Demonstrated ability to lead regional sales teams, achieve revenue targets, and build strong relationships with clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. - Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on detail and execution.,
