Role Description This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Bhopal for the role of Regional Sales Head. The position involves managing sales operations across assigned regions, overseeing account management, driving sales strategies to meet targets, and leading a team to achieve business goals. The Regional Sales Head will also analyze market trends, build strong client relationships, and identify growth opportunities to enhance revenue generation. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to effectively achieve and surpass revenue targets. Proficiency in Account Management and building client relationships. Experience in Team Management to lead, guide, and develop a high-performing sales team. Strong Analytical Skills to study market trends, develop strategies, and make data-driven decisions. A proven track record of working in sales leadership roles, preferably within the broadcasting or media industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is considered an advantage.
