Regional Sales Head – South (Auto Loans | Used Cars) Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Head to lead and expand our Used Car Auto Loan business across the South region. The ideal candidate will come with strong exposure to Auto Loan divisions within Banks/NBFCs or Used Car financing verticals, with deep relationships across dealer networks. This role requires building and scaling a high-performing regional team, driving dealer engagement, and enabling auto loan penetration for buyers purchasing through Spinny’s dealer auction ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Growth & Sales Leadership Own the P&L, sales targets, and loan disbursement volumes for the South region. Drive dealer-level loan penetration for buyers purchasing via Spinny’s dealer auction channel. Expand the region through deep market coverage across key South India cities including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai etc. Develop and execute strategies to grow dealer funding and retail auto loan business. 2. Dealer & Channel Management Manage relationships with used car dealers, especially those purchasing through Spinny Auctions. Ensure constant engagement to improve loan adoption, reduce TAT, and offer seamless loan experiences for dealer customers. Identify and onboard new high-potential dealers to expand the credit portfolio. 3. Team Building & Leadership Build, mentor, and lead a regional sales team of 10–12 people over time. Drive team productivity through training, goal-setting, performance monitoring, and motivation. Foster a strong performance-driven culture across field teams. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Collections, and Operations teams to ensure quality portfolio and smooth loan processing. Work closely with Spinny’s dealer business vertical to understand market movements and ensure aligned growth strategies. 5. Market Intelligence & Compliance Track competitive landscape and emerging trends in used car financing. Ensure team adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and compliance standards. Present periodic reports, forecasts, and insights to leadership. Required Qualifications & Experience 8–12 years of experience in Auto Loan Sales, Used Car Finance, Dealer Funding, or NBFC Auto Loan operations. Proven track record of managing dealer relationships and driving loan volumes. Prior experience in managing teams and scaling sales operations. Strong understanding of used car ecosystem, dealer behavior, and loan lifecycle. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Background Professionals from leading NBFCs or banks’ auto loan divisions. Experience in dealer funding, used car business, or auction-based dealer channels. Exposure to South market dynamics & networks.
