As an experienced and dynamic Sales Head for the Manpower Vertical, your role involves leading the revenue growth and market expansion in the staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions sector. Your deep understanding of the industry, exceptional leadership skills, and proven track record in B2B sales will be instrumental in achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the manpower vertical, focusing on staffing services, workforce outsourcing, and recruitment solutions. - Identify new market opportunities to expand the client base and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge. - Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets, drive business development efforts, and monitor sales metrics to meet or exceed revenue goals. - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and implementing incentive programs to foster collaboration and high performance. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, and collaborate with delivery teams for seamless service execution. - Represent the company at industry events, develop partnerships with relevant stakeholders, and negotiate contracts with clients to maximize profitability. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with service delivery, provide insights for new offerings, and ensure cost-effective operations and sustainable growth. Qualifications and Skills: - Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of sales experience with 5 years in a leadership role in the recruitment industry. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of workforce solutions, recruitment processes, and labor market dynamics. - Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team to achieve exceptional results. - Sales Expertise: Proven success in B2B sales, meeting or exceeding revenue targets in the manpower sector. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in influencing and negotiating. - Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics for decision-making. - Networking: Established network within HR, staffing, or corporate sectors is advantageous. - Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and workforce management platforms.
