Role Overview


We are looking for dynamic Regional Sales Heads to drive growth across India. This is a high-impact role responsible for owning revenue targets, developing regional sales strategies, and building long-term enterprise customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise sales experience, deep knowledge of supply chain/logistics technology, and the hunger to scale an AI-first product in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities

 Own and deliver regional revenue targets, pipeline generation, and closures.

 Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers within manufacturing, logistics, automotive, FMCG and other industries.

 Drive end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, solution pitching, demos, negotiations, and deal closures.

 Develop strong CXO-level relationships and position us as a trusted partner.

 Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth solutioning and adoption.

 Monitor competitor landscape, market trends, and provide feedback to shape GTM strategies.

 Build, mentor, and lead a small regional sales team over time.

 Represent us at regional industry forums, conferences, and networking events.


Desired Skills & Experience

 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with at least 4 years in supply chain, SaaS, or logistics tech.

 Proven track record of exceeding regional sales quotas.

 Strong network within manufacturing, logistics, automotive, or FMCG sectors.

 Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.

 Experience in consultative/solution selling and long sales cycles.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-growth startup environment.
