Regional Sales Head

As a Regional Sales Head - North at our company, your role will involve overseeing sales operations in the Punjab/Chandigarh region within the FMCG/Foods/Beverages industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Having hands-on experience in General Trade Sales and FMCG Sales. - Demonstrating proficiency in Sales Planning, Sales Strategy, and New Territory development. - Possessing in-depth knowledge of territories such as Punjab, Chandigarh, J&K, UK, etc. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors while also identifying and appointing new potential distributors. - Managing a large team of approximately 100 individuals. - Demonstrating stability in your professional career along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes In addition to the above, the company offers benefits including cell phone reimbursement, Provident Fund, and a performance bonus. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
