Role Description This is a full-time, on-site/ remote role based for the position of Regional Sales Head. The Regional Sales Head will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, build and maintain relationships with clients, and lead a team of sales representatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing accounts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring team performance aligns with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive regional performance and achieve targets Proficiency in Account Management and customer relationship building Demonstrated expertise in Team Management, including motivating and leading teams Analytical Skills to assess market trends and develop data-driven strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record in a leadership role within a sales-driven organization Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Experience in the Bio-Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry is a significant advantage
