Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work. The Regional Sales Head will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing accounts, leading and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record in achieving targets Proficiency in Account Management and building long-term client relationships Team Management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams Strong Analytical Skills for understanding market dynamics and making data-driven decisions Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) Experience in the manufacturing or education industry is a plus
