Regional Sales Head

In the role of Regional Head of Interior Styling BU at Livspace, you will lead a team of 15-20 Interior Stylists and 3-4 General Manager Stylists. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire Business P&L for the city/region, covering Furniture, Decor, Furnishings, and appliances. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Target Delivery:** - Review funnels, NGMV Delivery, and Sales Input Hygiene - Achieve monthly revenue targets in the Furniture and Furnishing category - Optimize discounts to maximize profitability - Ensure adherence to input processes for seamless execution - Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction - **Conversion Effectiveness:** - Optimize Display and Training Quotes - Develop customized project-level pitch strategies - Assist stylists in effectively communicating value propositions and improving conversion rates - Conduct training sessions for new joiners on styling processes, sales strategies, and product portfolio overview - Continuously upgrade stylists" knowledge in furniture and furnishings - Enhance Store Display for better customer engagement and higher average order value - Build confidence in the Category through organizing factory visits and providing video aids on quality processes **Qualifications:** - Alumni of IITs, Tier 1 B Schools, or Premium Institutions - Minimum 3 years of experience as City Head, Growth Head, or Strategy Head - Over 5 years of overall experience in customer-facing roles like Sales and Growth - Experience in handling teams with up to 15-20 direct reportees - Strong multitasking abilities and adept at managing complex Operations structures - Proficient in Sales and Business Development - Demonstrated leadership and people management skills - High level of ownership towards achieving targets - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Livspace, founded by industry veterans Anuj Srivastava and Ramakant Sharma, has established itself as Asia's largest and fastest-growing omnichannel home interiors and renovation platform.
