Role Overview:

Lead and manage the Retail Direct Equity Sales team of a broking firm. Drive revenue growth, achieve brokerage targets, expand the client base, and build a high-performance sales culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor Team Leaders and sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, market penetration, and business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Implement training programs and incentive plans to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with goals.
