Regional Sales Head

As an Area Sales Head, your role will involve creating area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for achieving business targets for various quarters and the financial year. Building the brand within the defined hospital network zone and maintaining strong relationships with doctors and customers will be key aspects of your job. Additionally, you will need to identify hiring needs, select and train new executives, forecast daily MIS on product performance across all branches, prepare sales reports/power point presentations, and manage reconciliation with the hospital.
