Coordinate with sales teams for ground-level campaigns, book fairs, and school/college tie-ups . Drive sales targets through on-ground activation , partnerships, and outreach. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest actionable insights. Lead regional sales reps and ensure consistent field-level execution. Plan and oversee bookstore visibility, branding activities , and regional promotional events. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing in a publishing company . Strong network with schools, bookstores, distributors, and educational institutions . Excellent leadership and field management skills. Willing to travel extensively across regions.
